During the 2025/2026 planting season, Funga is offering financial enrollment incentives for qualifying landowners who choose to participate in Funga’s Carbon Program and microbiome restoration. The following describe the parameters of our enrollment incentives, who qualifies, and for how long this offer is valid:

1. Qualifying Landowners: Offer valid for private landowners planting loblolly pine in the Southeastern USA during the 2025/2026 planting season.

a. Acreage minimum: Funga will offer the enrollment incentives to landowners planting at least 100 acres. For projects less than 100 acres, Funga may choose to allow landowners to participate in our financial incentives program on a case-by-case basis.

b. Planting Volume: At the time of planting, landowners agree that the project-specific acreage and seedling volume will be planted accordingly, with no greater than a 10% deficit of the expected volume (Funga acknowledges there may be changes at the time of planting and will accept volumes up to 10% less at the time of planting if necessary). If a landowner makes changes to plant more than the agreed upon acreage and seedling volume, Funga may choose to grant this additional volume into the enrollment incentive offer on a case-by-case basis.

c. Enrollment timeline:

i. Letter of Intent: Qualified landowners must sign a non-binding LOI (”Letter of intent”) by March 31st, 2025 for this offer to be considered valid.

ii. Definitive Agreement: Qualified landowners who have signed the LOI by the appropriate date, and met all other requirements aforementioned, must sign the binding contract, “Definitive Agreement” by July 1st, 2025 for this offer to be considered valid.

While supplies last: Funga and our nursery partner, PRT-IFCO, are offering enrollment incentives during the aforementioned time period, and while the supplies of our seedlings and inoculants last. Were Funga and/or PRT-IFCO to enroll our maximum quantity of landowners prior to the final enrollment dates, this offer is no longer considered valid.

2. While supplies last: Funga and our nursery partner, PRT-IFCO, are offering enrollment incentives during the aforementioned time period, and while the supplies of our seedlings and inoculants last. Were Funga and/or PRT-IFCO to enroll our maximum quantity of landowners prior to the final enrollment dates, this offer is no longer considered valid.
